1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and gw999, an online betting platform operating under international licensing. By registering an account, accessing the gw999.onl website, or using any of the services offered, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the gw999 platform. gw999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. Continued use after changes are posted is deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Player Eligibility

To register and use gw999 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Be in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• Open an account in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition of any regulatory body.
• Not be among gw999 staff or their immediate family members.

gw999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport.

3. Registration and Account Management

3.1 Account Opening

Each player is only permitted to register one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and cancellation of all balances and bonuses. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

3.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials including your username and password. You must notify gw999 immediately through customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation. gw999 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining account security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering policy, gw999 reserves the right to require a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawals or certain activities. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits into a gw999 account can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, Boost, and crypto assets including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM10. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or equivalent.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes after verification. gw999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the required KYC process is completed or if there is an investigation related to unusual activity in the account.

4.3 Crypto Assets

Transactions using USDT, BTC, or ETH are subject to the current market value at the time the transaction is processed. gw999 is not responsible for fluctuations in the value of crypto assets during the processing period.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a deposit of RM3,200, the bonus is RM1,500, the balance becomes RM4,700, and the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

5.2 gw999 VIP Programme

The gw999 VIP Programme is divided into three tiers based on a player's betting activity. Weekly cashback differs by tier: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Tier advancement depends on the consistency and volume of a player's betting activity over time.

5.3 General Promotion Conditions

• Each promotion has a validity period and specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• gw999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Only one promotion is permitted to be active at a time unless stated otherwise.

6. Game and Betting Rules

All games and sports available at gw999 are subject to their respective individual rules. The results of all games are final once recorded by the system. In the event of a technical disruption during a game, gw999 will review the system records to ensure the accuracy of results.

Bets accepted and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled by the player. gw999 reserves the right to cancel or adjust accepted bets due to technical errors, odds errors, or other unusual circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from:

• Using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Committing any form of fraud, including falsification of documents or information.
• Abusing bonuses through arbitrage techniques or coordination with other players.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Carrying out any activity that may be associated with money laundering.
• Spreading content that is offensive, threatening, or defamatory in nature on the platform.

Violation of any of the above provisions may result in temporary or permanent account suspension or closure, cancellation of all balances and bonuses, and legal action if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

gw999 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This platform is provided "as is" and gw999 does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times.

gw999 is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including third-party service provider failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The use of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of gw999, which forms part of this Agreement. By using this platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the terms of that Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law

This Agreement and all activities related to it are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gw999 is licensed. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a competent arbitration body in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant international licensing authority.

11. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion
